Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicating information with the team members, development teams, account management, trading department.
Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with customers.
Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Excellent English – verbal and written
Ability to work on shifts
Great communication skills, flexible and reliable
Good computer skills

Previous working experience as a Customer Support Representative.
