Working within the Commercial Team, part of the wider Development Team within the business, this role is responsible for delivering true value from the existing customer base across all product types. This role is responsible for the customer relationship and revenue delivered from the customer and the related strategy to exceed budget expectations. The role combines working in close contact with the Account Management Team to ensure open actions are closed by the business and the support from other departments remains on plan

·        Makes a constant effort to identify and address customer challenges and needs on a strategic level by effectively leveraging SBTech’s offering and unique business value to create business opportunities for the company

·        Maximize client’s revenue performance & market share, in charge of all upsells including new instances, verticals and territories. Identifies cost-effective commercial opportunities to grow revenue within existing customers

·        A strong understanding of the customers operating region. Product, Compliance, Tax and Regulatory requirements. As well as consumer behavior and the competitive landscape

·        Proactively suggests viable solutions to the customer, based on business and SBTech product portfolio understanding. Be a product expert

·        Focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with customer’s senior management and if needed – with other decision-making levels

·        Aims for “trusted advisor” position – to be perceived as the reliable, unbiased focal point for business and systems issues

·        Represents the “voice of the customer” within the SBTech organization

·        Maintains a healthy balance between customers’ needs and SBTech profitability expectations

·        Contract Renewals – is aware of customers contract notice and expiration date. Acts as the main point of contact for contract renewals, amendments and fees’ renegotiation

·        Leads commercial negotiations with the customer, together with the group Finance Director, Legal and the VP of Commercial

·        Accountable for the account P&L, maintains adequate profitability and is responsible for budget delivery

·        Facilitate the internal escalation within other departments – schedule monthly to quarterly calls with Trading, Product, Operations, Delivery and other departments according client’s requests

·        Understand partner’s strategies and be up to date with their internal roadmaps and marketing plans

Requirements

·      Minimum 3-5 years in B2B Account Management or Product Management in the SaaS sector with a proven track record of success

·      MS Word/PowerPoint skills

·      Strong MS Excel skills

·      Strong financial modelling skills

·      Excellent written and verbal communication

·      Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines

·      Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks

·      Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment

·      Self motivator and able to motivate others

·      “Roll up sleeves” attitude getting involved directly in the workload

·      Be numbers focused and driven on financial performance

·      Be socially adept and comfortable to drive new relationships

·      Be able to negotiate with customers to the benefit of our business
