Description

Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible. Handle complaints and queries from customers and staff.

Requirements

●       Develop and maintain database through applying relevant strategy: conceptualize, plan and creatively offer rewards to customers, deliver and report on ROI;

●       QA and team management to ensure professional and strong relationships are maintained with service providers and customers;

●       Evaluate and monitor activity and proactively assist with campaigns to address drops in revenue or retention;

●       In general, aggressively grow this area of the business to ensure that high-tier customers are regularly rewarded for their play in creative ways;

●       Ensure consistency of service to all customers;

●       Deal with escalations from the CSC and any problems experienced by assigned customers;

●       Profile and get to know consumers and encourage contact;

●       Reward players for performance and promote good behavior;

●       Early identification and care for high-level customers;

●       Manage immediate response activities to customer touch-points/moments; ensure experiences in terms of wins, losses, birthdays, anniversaries have impact;

●       Assist in writing, copying, and all email communications for promotions and other;
