Build a strong business relationship with the internal client;
Act as a single point of the consulting contact for the employees and managers in the respectful business unit;
Proactively support the front-office delivery of all integrated HR Processes at the internal client’s side;
Manage complex and difficult back-office HR Projects cross-functionally;
Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Submit monthly budgets and participates in the development of the accumulated company budget.
Create and update JDs, competency models, induction/ on-boarding/ development programs, career paths, succession plans, appraisal forms, etc.
Consult the management for all people related issues.
Actively search, explore and support the implementation of innovative HR practices within the organization.
Relevant university degree. – e.g. Human Resources Management, Psychology.
Professional experience as HR Generalist/ HR BP more than 2 years
Previous experience in HR process management
Communication and negotiations skills
Project management and change management skills
Strong time management and priorities management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Labor Law knowledge skills
Professional experience in people management
Fluency in English
