As an “IT Team Lead” your main role will be to lead our Corp IT Team in Sofia, which consist of IT Administrators and Help Desk Specialists.


Main responsibilities:


  • Supervision of the IT team of Administrators and Help Desk Specialists in Sofia.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance.
  • Recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Monitoring the whole processes of installation and configuration of Servers, computer, hardware operating systems and applications, maintenance of Servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital, replacing parts as required, administer Servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants and smartphones.
  • Responsible for all IT administration and security procedures: conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment, analyzing and isolating issues, support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures, management reports related with IT tasks, projects, equipment and processes within the company.
  • Responsible for purchasing technical equipment.


  • 3+ years’ experience as a Team Lead;
  • 3+ years’ experience in support and maintenance of datacentre, servers, computer systems, networks devices, system maintenance of Windows based operation systems and applications;
  • 3+ years’ experience in administration, configuration and control of user access rights, mailboxes, network services, network devices;
  • Experience in hardware support of servers and server devices, workstations settings installation and deinstallation;
  • Proven experience with Application / IT security monitoring and auditing;
  • Proven experience virtualization – Hyper-V, VMWare;
  • Proven experience Cloud environment – AWS, Office 365, Google cloud;
  • Atlassian product knowledge, Jira and Confluence;
  • High availability during non-standard working hours;
  • Outstanding English communications skills.
