Description

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated office administrator, who will provide support and coordinate office activities. 

Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and oral communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Monitor and maintain office equipment

·      Control and order office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

·      Provide general support to colleagues and visitors

·      Carry out administrative duties such as filling, copying, scanning etc

·      Organise conference room scheduling, visitors passes, coffee breaks/catering

·      Cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

·      Provide assistance to new employees in arranging access pass, equipment etc   

·      Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers

·      Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Requirements

Requirements:

·      Administration or office assistant experience

·      Excellent time management and organisational skills

·      Exceptional ability to communicate, both written and verbally

·      Proficient in MS office

·      Problem solving skills

·      Health & safety
