Payroll Specialist

Plovdiv, Bulgaria


As a Payroll Specialist you will be joining a team of young and motivated professionals. You will be taking part of payroll process and maintaining employees’ personal files.


  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and nontaxable wages
  • Different reports related with the salaries
  • Checks and controls monthly shifts of the different departments
  • Establishing and maintaining personal files of employees
  • Preparation of labor contracts and additional agreements
  • Notification to the territorial divisions of the NRA concluded, amended and terminated contracts
  • Shapes documentary imposition of disciplinary sanctions
  • Prepares a document on termination of the employment contract, calculate and record employment
  • Prepares any other documents related to the employment relationship – official notes, certificates, issuing employment records and documents for retirement
  • Follows the diary of issued work licenses
  • Supports documentary records of the company


  • Experience in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions
  • Understanding of different HR and accounting practices
  • Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian accounting, tax, labor code and social security legislation
  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting & Control, Finance, HR – payroll profile
  • Working experience with payroll software, Msoft/Style Web/ is a plus
  • Good Ехcеl and organization skills
