Support Teams are responsible for daily communication with our partners and providers.
SBTech is expanding the support operations and looking for experienced and skilled individual to manage and renovate the support teams:
Partner (B2B) support– three teams working 24/7 with direct contact with multiple partners, providing second level support
Quality assurance team– Skilled training and quality assurance providing support teams guidelines and controls
You will be responsible for managing and improving the 4 teams consisting of 4 team leaders and 35 employees.
End to End responsibility for the company partners day-2-day communication.
Setting and achieving goals and KPIs to the support group
Providing operational support to the different company’s units
Acting as point of contact to operational teams to investigate production issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Be involved in new product releases to ensure optimal support coverage.
Your climbing gear:
5-year managing experience of enterprise support center.
Оnline company experience considered as advantage.
Excellent technical, analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent interdepartmental collaboration and teaming abilities, strong communication skills
