What are we looking for?

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be joining a great team of young and motivated professionals in a perfectly structured department. You will be required to represent the company and to support our business clients on a top level, providing high quality customer support services.

Essential functions:

  • Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote connections to provide immediate support
  • Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
  • Effectively communicating information with the team members, development teams, account management, trading department
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks


What experiences are we looking for:

  • Excellent English (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required 
  • Ability to work on shifts
  • 1+ years of experience as a ​Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role (advantage)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments (advantage)
